Відповідно до нового Положення про порядок призначення житлових субсидій, громадянин, яким призначено житлову субсидію, зобов’язані щомісяця оплачувати обов’язкову частку платежу. У разі наявності заборгованості із сплати обов’язкової частки платежу за житлово-комунальні послуги, загальна сума якої перевищує 20 неоподатковуваних мінімумів (340 грн.) житлова субсидія на наступний сезон не призначається.
